In contemporary society, there is an ongoing debate regarding whether kids should read stories which can increase a sense of imagination and play pivotal roles in children's development. Others argue that playing computer games and watching television are excessively irresponsible matters. In this essay, I will explain both of my views on this kind of topic.

There are more workers to work from home and more students to study from home. This is because the computer technology is more and more easily accessible and cheaper. Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

In this contemporary era, rapid advancements in technology have infiltrated almost all aspects of our lives, completely revolutionizing both education and professional work styles. On account of improved IT technology, modern tools have broadened distance work and study opportunities by making them more convenient to operate. It is my contention that this trend is a multifaceted phenomenon with both merits and demerits on the current and future states of humanity.

Some people believe that children should be protected by their parents from making any kind of mistakes, while others believe that allowing them to make mistakes is the best path for developing offsprings. This essay agrees with the latter point and will show that, despite the protection from mistakes helps develop a sense of responsibility, learning from blunders boosts problem-solving skills.

There is a contention on banning dangerous sports while some argue that it violates the freedom of choice. I believe that we should not dictate to other people on what to do especially if it does not concern nor affect us. If extreme recreation does not interest you, it does not give you the right to stop others from enjoying it as long as safety measures are well-founded and observed.

Some people argue that it is the obligation of the nation to provide some support to the elderly, especially money, while others think the expenditure of the public should be used in the future instead of certain people. Personally, I understand why some citizens oppose this plan of spending, while I definitely believe that our country should spend more on those retired folks.

Children are the most valuable resource in the world and hope for the eventual, so their proper nourishment is essential for every parent. It is often claimed by the public that guardians should take care of the infants and they should be penalized for any misconduct. Hence, they will contribute to the bright forthcoming of mankind. However, others think quite the opposite. I partially agree with this notion, so I am going to talk about both aspects in the upcoming paragraphs.

Nowadays, the modern world is faced with plenty of ecological problems and each of them makes a hazardous impact on our planet. For some people, global warming is considered as the main environmental issue, meanwhile others believe that deforestation can be more dangerous for the whole ecosystem. I think that global warming can be more harmful for humanity and for Earth in general.

Nobody would argue that the reason businesses and corporations exist is to make a profit for the owners and shareholders. However, a key question is whether such companies should also have a duty of responsibility to the world that they exist in, particularly in terms of their social and environmental impact. I personally believe they do for the following reasons.
