In many countries, small shops and town centers are going out of business because people tend to drive to the large out-of-town stores. This results in an increase in car use, and it also means that people without cars have limited access to out-of-town stores. Do you think the advantages of such development outweigh its disadvantages?

People start businesses to earn money even a small business or a multinational business. Nowadays people travel to cities to do shopping in their vehicles and people who do not have a vehicle often visit the local shops. This trend decreases the village business profit. Both have pros and cons. However, the small shops should overcome the financial burdens. consequently, I believe that the disadvantages outweigh the advantages. This essay will explain the advantages and disadvantages of this new trend in the ensuing paragraphs.

Nowadays,there has been a growing trend of living abroad with a foreign language. Some people believe that folk should talk in the country 's speech to avoid any social troubles as well as routine problems. In my opinion, I totally agree with this notion .In my essay , I will explain that in detail.

Nowadays, according to the cities development, many people tend to immigrate from suburban. Therefore, the population of suburbs and villages has fallen. From my perspective, I believe this should be seen as a negative trend since this phenomenon has several drawbacks that outweigh its merits.

There is no doubt that traffic congestion is becoming a particularly worrying issue in mega-cities all over the world. Although this scenario has resulted from the increasing number of car users, hope can be found in the form of taxation and encouraging alternative travel.

The question of the most appropriate punishment for individuals who damage public property is a matter of ongoing debate. While fines and imprisonment are conventional forms of punishment, the idea of requiring offenders to engage in community service, such as cleaning parks, is gaining prominence. In my view, community service serves as a more constructive and restorative form of punishment, contributing to both the rehabilitation of the offender and the betterment of the community.

It is said that many languages die out on a yearly basis. While a group of individuals maintains that it cannot be problematic because they believe that the fewer languages, the easier life that people experience, I strongly disagree with this argument due to the reasons that will be discussed.

The width or depth of educational directions has been argued for hundreds of years without any unified opinions by parents, teachers and education departments. A wide variety of subjects and knowledge will provide more opportunities to the kid, while detailly cultivating one or two strengths will also bring more advantages during the career. This essay will discuss both arguments in equal priority.

Being a famous person, such as a movie star or a sportsperson, brings issues as well as benefits. Although famous people live lavish lives, I believe that death threats from evil-minded people such as gangsters for not paying them money create more issues.

A group of individuals presents the view that increasing the number of sports facilities is an excellent way that results in boosting community health, while others believe that it is not the number of such facilities that determines the health level of society, and more significant factors should be taken into consideration. I find the latter opinion more acceptable, which will be discussed.

It is said that participation in free-of-charge community service, and voluntary work at charities for instance, should be compulsory for high school students. However, I strongly disagree with this argument and the reasons will be discussed.

Historical buildings are well known for their own cultural and architectural significance. It is believed by the masses that the preservation of old buildings is more significant than new ones. I completely agree with this point of view and in this essay, I will support my opinion with examples.

Whether one should change their job or not is a matter of argument, as some people believe that we should stick to our current occupation, while others might say that it can be beneficial to change our career when it is necessary. I am among those who agree with the latter viewpoint because of the beneficial aspects of changing jobs.

In this essay, I will discuss both perspectives and express my opinion in favor of adult involvement.
