In many places, new homes are needed, but the only space available for building them is in the countryside, Some people believe it is more important to protect the countryside and not build new homes there, What is your opinion about this? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Nowadays, all over the world, the topic of building new homes in the countryside is omnipresent. While some people think the advantages of building homes in the countryside exist, others say there are disadvantages to creating new houses in remote areas. From my point of view, both perspectives are valid for the reasons discussed below.

Some people think that the government should suggest complimentary apartments to people who cannot provide them.In my opinion, I believe that this development has some flaws. There are two primary reasons for this.

People are becoming more and more superficial as the days pass by. It is true that a man is being evaluated based on his wealth rather than his personality. But, as spirituality is on the rise everywhere, I feel that society is becoming softer and kinder. Although I partly agree that people can be negative, on a positive note, I also think that humanity is growing to be better.

In recent years, it has been widely believed that a country will have numerous advantages if its students study overseas. While there are several reasons to support that idea including contribution to their home country and leverage international collaborations, I am of the opinion that this idea should not be supported due to brain drain and dependency on foreign education.

Nowadays many people concern about high education and its necessity in the contemporary world. Some claim that the most essential qualities for a business success are soft skills, including social and communicative adaptation of employees, which are more important than academic knowledge. From my perspective, I partly agree with that statement since soft skills obviously do matter, but we can not depreciate people's education in some cases.

Nowadays, in many states around the world, rural to urban migration is a common phenomenon. It has some pros and cons, economically migrations make stronger labour market, but in terms of living standard it reduces standard of living. In my opinion, it is a negative development.

-Some people claim that not enough of the waste from home is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste.

Environmental pollution becomes worse and worse every day but, at the same time, humanity works industriously on recycling and sustainability to minimise the harmful consequences such as global warming and climate change. Some people say that home-made trash is not recycled efficiently and the government should intervene in this situation and make a new law regarding home waste. In my opinion, the World’s natural resources are at their lowest and suffering. Since communities become more obeyfull when they are under the obligation of law rather than verbal rules, l entirely agree that legal heads need to make recycling a legal requirement.

A debate over the importance of social skills and academic skills of job applicants are long been a subject of discussion. Some employers in the organisation prefer social skills while some prefer academic skills. Both skills are important to work in an organzation but in my opinion, social skills are most useful in an organisation.

Everyone has their own private life that should be respected, including celebrities. However, with the presence of media, celebrities' personal space is more prone to get exposed to the public. Some are disturbed by this, yet others just think about it as a part of being famous. I think, to some extent, it is the right thing for them to feel disturbed about it.

The issue of environmental problems has become a pressing concern in modern times. While some argue that the loss of some particular species of plants and animals is the main environmental problem, others contend that there are more critical issues that demand immediate attention and action. Many people argue that language learners should take part in classes with few students present instead of participating in crowded courses. I totally agree with this idea. That is because, although learning a new language requires time and effort from each and every learner, students might not get enough time in traditional classes. However, if the classes are divided into separate parts of teaching and getting feedback from the students, I believe the teaching part could be taught to a big audience.

With the advent of technology our lifestyle has dramatically changed. Nowadays, reading books online is regarded as a beneficial action. It is often claimed that reading magazines and news via internet without purchasing them has some benefits. While buying the books and magazines is an important action in my opinion reading them online can be more beneficial.

The world has gone through lots of remarkable times and it is witnessing the best era since the beginning. Some people opine that this is the best time to be living. From my perspective, I completely agree with this statement as human beings are currently living in really good conditions. In this essay, I will give some clues and mention a period I would like to live in.

Young people nowadays have a lot of pressure to get good marks in academics. Therefore, some people made a perspective to removing physical subjects and cookery from the course to reduce the burden on the students which may not be a good idea.
