Governments should focus their spending on public services rather than on the art (e.g. Music and painting). To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is often argued that spending money on public services is more important than spending on arts.I strongly agree with this declaration that the Government should make public services better.

Creative artists should always be given the freedom to express their own ideas (in words, pictures, music, film) in whichever way they wish. There should be no public or government restrictions on what they do. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Original artists ought to have the right to show their pieces of art while the authorities or society should not limit their artistic expression. I totally agree with this point of view since art plays a crucial role in well-being of the general public and suppression of artistic expression leads to the stifling of freedom which negatively impacts society.

Some people think that instead of preventing climate change, we need to find a way to live with it. To what extent do you agree or disagree？

Climate change has been raising concerns in recent decades. Given the potential risks that this problem may result in severe consequences, governments and individuals are straining their brains to alleviate the existing situation and prevent future deterioration. However, some people regard proposals of solutions as futile, while humans should learn to co-exist with climate change. Having presented their arguments, I completely disagree with their opinions.

Some people believe that most crime is a result of circumstances, e.g. poverty and other social problems. Others, however, believe most crime is caused by people who are bad by nature. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the number of criminals in many countries, even if their national economy is growing. Therefore, people hold different views about the factors contributing to crimes.

Some people believe that unpaid community service should be a compulsory part of high school programmes (for example working for a charity, improving the neighbourhood or teaching sports to younger children.) To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In recent years, it has become quite common for workers to work overtime so that they can get higher salaries or promotions. However, some people hold the view that the working week should be shorter; I tend to agree with this view.

Some people seek a lot of advice from family and friends when choosing their career. Others feel it is better to choose a career more independently. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

When choosing a future career, people generally tend to either consult those they are close to or make the choice themselves. Whilst both paths are equally valid, I am of firm belief that every person should decide on their own future without intervention, as their life is constructed of choices they make, as well as their deeds.

In today's job market it is far more important to have practical skills than theoretical knowledge, in the future, job applicants may not need any formal qualifications. do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, having practical skills is valued over academic knowledge, which triggers projections for applicants to get rid of formal degrees in order to enter the workplace. Although current trends feed this prediction, I do not reckon academic qualifications will become eradicated.

Some people think that after-class activities should be done by children, while others believe that this method will stress children. In my opinion, I believe that giving children extra-curricular will help in developing children’s character.

Today, sports have been recognized as a crucial factor in our life. Some people would suggest that doing sports in a team has more influence on their body than individual hobbies; however, my personal attitude toward this is that independent sports can provide us with an insight into personality background. I will discuss both sides of this issue.

It is believed by some that the most enjoyable time in persons' life is the time when he is a teenager. I am convinced that despite all the responsibilities living as an adult is much more better. In this essay, I will introduce both sides as well as state my own opinion.

The prosperity of a nation depends upon the policies made by its government. It is a common belief among some individuals that the administration should contribute more funds to look after the old people while others argue that the money should be spent on educating teenagers. In my opinion, I personally believe that a good amount of funds could be shared to educate the youngsters because they are the building blocks of a country.

There are people who prefer to continue working despite their old age. I believe that it is more beneficial to continually do their job no matter what their age is.

The migration of rural populations to urban areas is a global trend that has led to noticeable population declines in the countryside. While urbanization brings certain benefits, I believe that the displacement of the rural population poses both advantages and significant challenges, making this phenomenon a development with mixed impacts.

Modern forms of communication such as email and messaging have reduced the amount of time people spend seeing their friends. This has a negative effect on their social lives. To what do you agree or disagree?

The amount of time people spend seeing their friends has diminished. The main cause is that modern forms of communication such as WhatsApp, telegram and other communication apps. This has a detrimental effect on social lives.

Many manufactured food and drink products contain high levels of sugar, which causes many health problems. Sugary products should be made more expensive to encourage people to consume less sugar. Do you agree or disagree?

In modern society, exploring the history of houses or buildings has become common for the owners. In my opinion, this growing trend is based on the needs of the estate market, the owners have to weigh the value of their estates in the market to predict the future transactional price when they need to sell the property. Therefore, people may acquire the resources or documents from national offices.

It is often argued that workers from poor countries should not be employed in advanced countries as they have more need for their workers.This essay will discuss why this is important and my opinion regarding this issue.

Nowadays, it is difficult for students who have just completed their studies to find a job.Some people say that it is better to enroll and get a second degree than to look for a job. I do not agree with this statement.
