In scientific circles, some believe that we should make efforts to make contact with extraterrestrial life. Whereas others maintain that doing so would be at our greatest peril. The basis for that fear seems to be underlined by one of our greatest primordial fears, that is, the fear of the unknown. This problem is further compounded by the way aliens are depicted in the media. While they are mostly confided in the realm of science fiction, the fear is still legitimate. However, it should be reconsidered due to our natural tendency to over-accentuate potential risks. Similarly, present ourselves as an advanced civilization of calm temperance, capable of reason and holding a banner of peace and harmony, to creatures of an unknown origin, is another complication that must be considered. This essay argues for making connections with aliens.
Nowadays, the popularity of social dignity and material possessions are more popular variables than old values to consider somebody respectable. I strongly agree that valuable belongings and position are more important aspects compared to principles in the modern age. The visibility of those aspects and the changing values in the population are the reasons why folk are likely to summarise a human's worth by prestige and material ownership rather than idealism.
Technical advancement has brought a huge change in individuals' lives. Some are in favor that it changes people's personalities in many aspects like many become introverts and the opposing group says that many gain confidence and become more practical and start socializing more. I am going to discuss both views in my essay. According to me, people have more chances to get involved. in business and many other activities due to these advanced developments like computers, the Internet, etc.
It is widely known that numerous communities are based on cultural traditions. So there is a debate about children from these specific groups, whether they should follow these strict rules or behave freely. This essay will depict both of these views. In my opinion, children should stand on their own ground.
In the modern job market, the debate over social skills versus academic qualifications is gaining momentum. I firmly believe that social skills outweigh academic qualifications in importance for job applicants. Academic values showcase knowledge, but social skills are crucial for effective communication, teamwork, and adaptability in the workplace.
There are some people who are certain that the extinction of some flora and fauna kinds is the most essential problem in the natural world, while others believe that there are more crucial issues in that area. This essay consent with the latter statement.
It is argued that affluent societies help disadvantaged societies financially to improve their standard of hygiene, education, and business. Although cooperation is beneficial, I believe the issues of their citizens are a higher priority and poor countries should be independent.
While it is sometimes thought that students in single-sex schools perform better academically, other people believe that mixed schools provide children with better social skills for adult life. In my opinion, I consider that studying in single-sex schools is better for the students to do their best in their studies.
Due to the reduction of greenhouse gas, the government should raise funding for railways and expand the rail network rather than motorway infrastructure. I totally agree to allocating investments in the rail industry instead of road-building.
Cooperation is a crucial social skill that children must develop early on. I wholeheartedly support the idea that school team sports are one of the best ways to instil this quality in children. Participating in team sports nurtures values like teamwork, communication, and empathy, which are essential for healthy social interactions and character development.
It is argued that some individuals think that society needs to be based on rules and laws. This essay completely agrees with this statement because laws and rules can establish order and resolve conflicts.
Some say that females should have the same role as males in a nation’s police for or military force, while others would argue that women cannot carry out these kinds of jobs. This essay will argue that although women are not as strong as men, both genders should have the same opportunities.
It is argued that an increasing number of people are purchasing their own cars. This essay would argue that despite it being easier to travel around, it causes huge damage to the environment, which means that the advantages do not outweigh the disadvantages.
It is argued that for better safety on roads, the best option is to ask the drivers to take a driving test every year. This essay completely disagrees with this statement because it will increase contamination and it will be a big waste of money for the families.
Some say that health care should be the most important aspect that the government should consider, while others will argue that there are other areas where money is needed. This essay will argue that although health is an area that the government should think about, there are other aspects that are equally important.
Some say that the government should offer financial support to those individuals who work in creative arts, while others would argue that these people should get funding from other sources. This essay will argue that although the government should do what it can, artists also need to market their work themselves.
While transportation revolution, driven by the relentless evolution of artificial intelligence, might introduce new concerns such as technological reliability and job displacement, the potential of these vehicles to significantly enhance road safety and boost productivity, coupled with the emergence of new job opportunities in sectors related to autonomous technology, solidifies my belief that the advantages of this transportation revolution outweigh the associated drawbacks.
Nowadays, family-owned businesses are quite difficult to manage due to fluctuations in the market. However, It is a widespread practice in some countries as joint families are very common and they can run it very easily. Whereas other people have different views about it. They think that these types of firms are the only source of the problem. In my opinion, running a family business has much more benefits as compared to drawbacks. I am going to talk about both aspects in upcoming paragraphs.
Recently in various nations, urban planners have located offices, educational institutes, houses and shopping spots separate from each other. This is due to its several benefits. However, there are some drawbacks to this. In this essay, I am going to discuss both pros and cons of the statement.
