It might be a better choice for college students to live long distances from their families compared with living at home. Personally, I completely approve of this view since the advantages brought by living away from home outweigh the benefits of the latter.

It is thought that people believe crimes will be overpowered when having a trendy technology, whereas many claims are mentioning that not only is the crime rate still increasing significantly but the criminal behaviours are also far more sophisticated. I, myself, favour the latter idea, whose rationales will be discussed before showing in this essay, in comparison to those of the former one.

Some people believe that the authenticity of traditional customs will deteriorate once they are used as a money-making attraction for tourists, while some others consider this as an attempt to preserve these traditions. Personally, I agree that charging tourists to witness cultural traditions will give several benefits to the locals, but at the same time, it will also change the value of the culture itself.

In today's world, paying money to the government contributes to our society and our obligation to support the mutual public system. However, other folklore groups consider doing more to help those in poor conditions. I will discuss both views and show my opinion in the following paragraphs.

Undoubtedly, the young generation should take more responsibility in the workplace with more chances, while some people contend that the older and seniors should enjoy their retirements in advance to make room for the youngsters, especially those who are over 55. From my perspective, I agree that younger and older people should be treated differently at work.

More and more people in the city live in homes with small spaces or no outdoor areas. Do you think it is a negative or positive development?

A large number of people are considering flats and apartments as their accommodations in urban areas without any open space and gardens. As it has both kinds of impacts on human nature. Because the one basic factor is that family bonds become strong and it is easy to clean. Whereas, the drawbacks are that as it does not contain any garden one can feel stressed and due to the small area unable to do physical activities like outdoor games. I believe that the advantages are greater than the disadvantages hence it is a positive development.

According to some, exams are an unsuitable way of measuring student's abilities and they should be replaced by continuous assessments. In my opinion, I agree with the statement because exams lead to a negative influence on students' mental health and assessments are more effective than exams.

As globalization era technology and fashion trends are connected by social humans. It makes the public concerned about the clothes or the level of society which will make children focus more on fashionable clothes when they go to school. Some people think that students should interested in the lesson rather than their appearance by wearing new clothes and wearing school uniforms. In my view, there is a pivot advantage for a child and parents in the same way.

There have been controversial opinions whether the professionals such as doctors and engineers work in their home country or a foreign country. While some people believe that they should work in the country where they get educated, others think that they should be allowed to work in a foreign country if they want which I also definitely agree with. This essay will discuss both sides.

The pressure to be successful in this day and age is usually defined in terms of the wealth or material belongings a person possesses. Nowadays, one of the ways we deem success is by measuring a person's wealth. I believe that it is more than just financial status that attributes to success.

Many people believe that elderly people are beneficial for trading, finance, and community. Whereas, others say that it harms marketing, the wealth system, and civilization. However, others say that it is disadvantageous and consequently, will lead society toward unemployment, and also great pressure on the government for pensions. According to my perception, it is more beneficial if we give a chance to a new generation to introduce themselves and prove themselves. I will discuss both views in detail in this essay below.

Smoking is widely recognised as being antisocial and is prohibited in many locations.
