Title :Many manufactured food and drink products contain high levels of sugars which causes many health problems. Sugary products should be made more expensive to encourage people to consume less sugar. Do you agree or disagree?

Health issues from consuming excessive amounts of sugar are the main concern in many countries. There are people believing that high levels of sugary foods could give rise to a plethora of adverse effects on our lives, and it is crucial that governments should raise taxes on these items in order to reduce consumption. For my part, I side with the advocates of the former to a larger extent based on the following sound reasons.

Many people assume that the goal of every country should be to produce more materials and goods. To what extent do you agree and disagree that constantly increasing is an appropriate goal?

So many clothes are produced and then thrown away. This mentality is adopted for almost every item that people would want to possess. The current society is very materialistic and not at all trying to be minimalistic, which would be a great way of living. But many people think that their country should produce more materials and goods. But would that be a good thing to do?

Nowadays, more and more foreign students are going to English-Speaking countries to learn the “international language – English". It is undoubtedly true that studying English in an English-speaking country is the best way, but it is not the only way to learn it. Do you agree or disagree with the above statement.

In the recent world, the number of students who go abroad to study English is rapidly increasing. This is because they think that the best way to learn the language is to visit those places. However, I strongly believe there are many other approaches that they can study English other than visiting the resions. By which I mean that they can use online studies or they can enrol local schools where British or American native teachers provide lessons. On this account, I would like to give some examples and state my view.

The theme of «severe problems with student action» is a long-discussed topic. Actually, for many children nowadays, schools remain the only place where at least someone cares about the child and his problems. That's why it is strange if today there are situations when educational institutions have no idea how to establish semantic connections between the nature and subculture of modern undergrads and the classical idea of these concepts.

The world is struggling to curb the usage of polythene and plastic bags as they affect the habitat drastically. It is often argued that it is the responsibility of manufacturers and sellers to reduce the usage of packing plastic and polythene bags while some argue that customers should deter to buy goods which consist of harmful packing bags as they are not suitable for the habitat. This essay will discuss both views and offer a logical solution.

Some people are of the opinion that taking a gap year before starting a university is a good decision. In my point of view, it is a good idea because it could bring many benefits and might help to avoid many problems in the future. This essay will examine the merits of the topic and examples from my own experience and knowledge will be given.

Extinction of different types of fauna and flora is often considered as the most urgent environmental problems that we have to deal with nowadays. Although, some could disagree because there are more pressing things. I totally agree that the extinction of species is a very serious problem, but also I believe that global warming is a more crucial situation that we have to deal with.

There is no doubt that these days the majority of people suffered from health problems which causes by outside food like eating too much fast food and chocolate which contain high levels of sugar. Some people believe that sugary products should cost more to encourage individuals to consume less sugar. In my ,opinion I completely agree with this view and in this ,essay I will explain why.

It is an undeniable fact that " laws are made to maintain the decorum of a nation ." It is a debatable issue that well-being must be penalised if their offspring break the law since they are responsible for what their wards do . I partly accord with this statement. In this requisition, I will discuss my views from multiple angles before deriving a meaningful conclusion.

It is true that crime is increasing at an alarming rate in modern society, and some people believe government should limit violence in movies and dramas. Computers has major impact on humankind. People have different thought about the result of computers, which definitely has pros and cons of their usages. While designing a building, two of the major components that an architect keeps in mind, are inside utilities and outer view of the building. In opinion of some individuals, architects should put more emphasis on the functionality of a building compare to the appearance of it. The line between work and social life is becoming increasingly blurred as people spend more time at their jobs. In my opinion, though having work friends has tangible benefits for career advancement, it is more important to have a life outside the office. Those in favour of a closed circle of work friends can argue the career benefits. Befriending co-workers and those higher up in a company can naturally translate to future promotions and other opportunities. For example, if a person starts out working for a law firm in a relatively low position as a clerk or even in the mail room, their best chance of being noticed by the upper echelons of management is through social connections. Supplemented with a solid work ethic, this increases an individual’s chances of standing out from other candidates and fast-tracking their career goals.
