It is argued by some people that the age of retirement ought to be boosted definitely given to average lifespan has risen extremely.As for me, I find this totally unreasonable.

Education is the backbone of an economy without which a country cannot survive. Nowadays, many people accept that academic knowledge at university should be recieved more priority than vocational training course. Hiring the best suitable employee, who can fit perfectly in a specific job position, has always been one of the toughest tasks for many companies. Even though there have been numerous ways have been discovered to find the best fit, I believe that choosing an interview as a hiring method is still the most effective solution for any organisation.

It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction. Learning to distinguish right from wrong at an early age is of great importance for children. To help them learn the difference, punishment is necessary. I completely agree with this point of view because getting punished is equivalent to facing the consequences of one’s bad behaviour. However, only mild punishments should be allowed. Punishment shows children their misbehaviour has consequences. Take for example teenage boys who bully disadvantaged kids at school. Not punishing them amounts to encouraging their bullying behaviour. This leads them to believe that they don’t need to respect their peers from low-income families. Punishment, by contrast, helps them realize their mistakes and that there are consequences of them. As a result, they may very likely stop bullying others; otherwise, they will deal with the consequences again. However, only mild punishments should be used to discipline children. Languages are essential to every living being as they hold cultural, religious, and sentimental values. As time passes by, some languages lose their originality due to having easier alternatives for communication and regional changes, and this influences the languages to die out. Some people are fine with this fact, as they believe having a few languages would make living easier. In my opinion, I believe languages carry great value, but this comes with its limitations.
