Throughout history, some people have had particular talents for special skills which help them to boost their abilities faster compared to ones who have had ordinary capacities. However, the influence of trying hard has been undeniable and the result of them is highly witnessed. I would argue that having natural flairs is fully efficient but without permanent trying has been useless while working hard continuously definitely pays off.

It has been suggested that high school students should be involved in unpaid community services as a compulsory part of high school programmes. Most colleges are already providing opportunities to gain work experience, however these are not compulsory. In my opinion, sending students to work in community services is a good idea as it can provide them with many lots of valuable skills.

People's culture is always a big identity in society. Cultures are different in each country.
