Last week I saw a discussion on the television between a professor and parents, the discussion was about the matter if children should be allowed to make their own choices. The professor suggested that it is important so that children know the affects of the decisions that they make, the parents disagree with this staments and suggested that it will create a society with inviduals. Nowadays almost everyone has access to the internet either by their telephone or by their computer, because of the internet their is a lot information available from different sources. In recent years, the increasingly developed society leads to many changes and impacts in all aspects such as the economy, education and life. However, education is an issue attracting many countries around the world. Therefore, there are arguments that Many universities should choose young students with high scores while others think that all ages should be accepted and equal. This essay will throw light on both points of view. From my point of view, although to some extent I agree with universities should only offer places to young students with the highest marks with some possible shortcomings, I believe that they should accept people of all ages because of the predominant this decision can bring.

Nuclear power provides cheap and clean energy. The benefits of nuclear technology far outweigh the disadvantages. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

The advantages of nuclear technology are much higher than the adverse effects. Nuclear reactors give us economical as well as pure energy. Due to recent war conditions and rising prices of fossil fuels, a number of countries are trending towards nuclear intensity generation as it is cost-effective. However, the set-up of a nuclear plant is expensive but it is long-lasting means it is a wise investment for a steady supply. I completely agree with the above statement and will elaborate further in the next paragraphs.

It is commonly believed that making the decision process is a substantial phase for any corporation to flourish. While some people believe that the managerial skills are limited to the heigh levels, others are of the belief that the opportunity should be given to all the staff levels to bring out their hidden skills in management. I agree with the previous opinion, and I will put my arguments in this essay.

It is believed that children are the backbone of the society. Therefore, the older generations should provide children with better education system to maintain an educated society. However, with the agreeable order of the day, it cannot be denied that televisions and the ways children interact with each other affect their development. Despite that, parents still hold the biggest influence on their children's development. I would discuss both arguments further.

It has been posited that importance should be given to the ability of children to play musical instruments as much as that given to their literacy skills. Although I do agree with this to an extent and I also understand the significant role music plays in the wholesome growth of kids, I do not subcribe to the fact that the same degree of importance credited to learning to read and write should be ascribed to learning music instruments.

I have to disagree with the later statement because as a former university student, I had the chance to experience higher education when most disadvantaged people in my country could not experience.

Nowadays, raising the cost of fuel has been receiving a great deal of public attention. Some people believe that petrol price escalation is the ultimate way to keep the environment as the way it is. I do not totally agree with this view.
