People are starting to buy cars, because it's affordable and it's necessary. There are indeed various disadvantages of this approach, which let us to this essay, where we will talk about how can we resolve the problem coming with the fact, that more people in wealthier countries buy automobiles.

Knowledge is obtained from the book not from college or university. However, some individuals opine that a university degree is necessary to become a successful person. Others opine that studying at university does not acquire any practical knowledge. I discuss both the perspective and I believe that nothing is gained from the university study.

People believe that it is important to invest vastly in building large outdoor public spaces for cities and town. It is indisputable that metropolis cities are now full with skyscraper buildings without the greenery views which lead to the mental health problems in many city dwellers. I believe that nature and outdoor space are important for the big cities.

In this concurrent world, it is undoubtedly true that mothers play a vital role in holding the family together. Some people concur that the government should encourage such activity and pay them often. However, other quibble from them and propound that it is mother’s unconditional love towards the family. I agree with the former statement and in this essay, I will discuss my viewpoint on it.

It is argued that the government should introduce harsh punishments for rule-breakers in order to boost safety on the roads. In my opinion, higher authorities should plan a proper method in which they aware of the public about rule and regulations so that they can avoid life-threatening incidents on roads.

The advances in medical field has taken an immense leap forward due to which humans are now able to live a much healthier and longer life. Because of the extended life span, some of the individuals believe that the retirement age should be exponentially increased. The world stands polarized on this issue. While, I believe that the older generation tends to loose the enthusiasm to work, therefore, they should not be allowed to do so.
