Today, house rental is becoming less viable, but more affordable. Yet most people tend to buy homes disregarding the rental market. This phenomenon is understandable and should be encouraged. In this essay, the motives and positives behind this widespread mentality will be discussed.

This essay will explore both views and then my personal opinion will be suggested.

The past 50 years have seen a considerable increase in the number of people suffering from stress-related illness. Why is this happening and how to alleviate this problem? In this essay, I intend to explore the sources of this problem along with some possible solutions to it.

I take the side with the latter view because of the inner aid and sense of belonging that a traditional household brings.

Nowadays, we hardly find any house without at least a single pet as it has become an important member of families. While some people believe that animals are good for children because of their companionship, others are of the opinion that these are harmful due to safety reasons. In my opinion, even though there are negative sides to keeping pets at house, it is always advantageous to have pets at home.
