In today's ,generation some people are afraid of change due to which they are often seen doing the same activities over their lifetime. While, others believe that variation is pleasing and necessary . In my opinion , adjustment is important as it provides you with different experiences and opportunities.

The amoụnt in the overweight population in some countries has led to a national health crisis. Individuals are considered dangerously overweight when their body fat is more than 30% of their weight. In addition to health complications being overweight brings about low life satisfaction. In my opinion, the two major causes of obesity are lack of movement and diet, and the solutions are more physical activity and proper eating.

Many people believe that schools should choose and admit students based on their academic abilities. Meanwhile, others argue that students with different abilities had better learn together. This essay takes up both perspectives and states my own opinion.

Over the past ,years we had seen that purchase of cars has increased to a high level and this has caused significant traffic jams in major parts of the different countries. In my point of view , it is partially true that the rise in car ownership has led to more movement problems but another reason for this is , unfollowing of service rules by individuals.

There has been much discussion revolving around the issue of whether doing the same things in life is a good thing or not. Both sides of the arguments will be discussed in this essay before the conclusion is reached. Personally, I am in favour of the latter view.

Most processed food contains a high amount of sugar which is considered an unhealthy ingredient and causes many diseases.I totally agree that the levy imposed on sugary products ought to be high because it would help to decrease consumption to an extent. However,other measures are also to be taken to keep the public away from unhealthy eating habits.

Therefore, it may worsen the situations related to any outbreaks. However, I disagree with the statement that public health will be worse in the future due to their fear and a rising trend of a healthy lifestyle.

Some argue that the Internet supports younger people and workers in attaining improved educational and occupational ambitions faster than in the past. In my estimation, I concur with this notion on the grounds that students can learn information on the Internet more rapidly and workers can communicate more conveniently.

Experts throughout the world have argued that extreme sports activities involve taking higher risks, so, people doing such sports are accountable for their own risk and lifeguards are not responsible to save their lives. This essay completely disagrees with the statement.In my opinion, it is the responsibility of the rescue workers to protect people during unsafe conditions. This essay will discuss my views with relevant examples in detail.

Some would argue that pupils should be compensated such as awards or scholarships who have achieved high number in exams, whereas others say the students who have shown improvement should be rewarded. Although high scorers deserve compensation, in my opinion, the learners who have shown development should be rewarded.
