In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

First it is noteworthy that, some nations may have a trend to purchase a house rather than having renting properties as their accommodations. In fact, most people believe homes are some sort of show off in society, and it helps to build their reputations while humans work hard to achieve their dream of having their own house in life. So, I will discuss this in a positive way while elaborating reasons for happening this.

It is held by certain populations that we shouldn't raise our voice against negative conditions like work-related or financial issues while others claim that we need to struggle to convert the negativeness into a better position. Although both of these approaches have their points, however, this essay agrees that fighting for a better situation is much more suitable.

Recently, there has been a discussion about at which age the children should be admitted to the schools. However, some people are arguing that the children should send to schools at the age of six at the same time few others opine this by adding that, the children should start their schooling before six. In my opinion, children should start schooling as early as possible because it is necessary for humans to settle their life soon as possible in the competitive world.

The question of whether attending live entertainment provides a better experience than seeing it on TV has become progressively contentious. In my opinion, though it can be a delight to observe events in person, TVs nowadays offer the best viewing.

These days, in several countries a lifestyle that is getting higher makes consumptive behaviour of young adults change due to the presence of technology which has made it easier for various activities, especially shopping. According to my point of view, this is a negative development, and this essay will explain the points to justify my statement.

People have different views about whether the government should prioritize healthcare investment or should they put more emphasis on other courses. While it is true that other sectors such as education or public infrastructure should also be taken good care of, I believe a sound and well-established health care system is the prime undertaking of a government.

In the last decade, many countries have been focusing on economic development, as they believe it is the way forward to improve the living conditions for their citizens. However, due to this social values get eroded. I feel, there are more advantages to economic development than disadvantages which I will substantiate in this essay.

On the other hand, others admire that it is not to focus on powerful media to purchase others and also should ignore it. So, there are plenty of distinct factors to attract them.

Some governments are considering proposals to institute curfews for teenagers that would require them to be in the presence of an adult after certain hours. In my opinion, the marginal benefits of such a policy would be greatly outweighed by its social drawbacks.

Younger generations these days spend an ample amount of time on social media or other indoor activities like chatting and watching TV. I strongly disagree with this fact because there are a variety of physical activities like workshops, online classes which facilitates children to keep fit just by staying at home.

Undoubtedly, lack of education and employment opportunities are two primary reasons behind the increasing alarming rates of crimes. A chunk of individuals opines that educating criminals will discourage them from committing any crime whilst others are sceptical about it. I; however, agree with this notion and will discuss it in the forthcoming paragraphs.

Using a mobile phone has been a trend in the modern world. While a part of our society thinks using them individually is the only thing that should do, the other part thinks that they should officially be used more. In this essay, it is going to argue on both sides and in my opinion, it will be better to use for work more than personal.
