The huge gap between CEO and regular employees’ income is often discussed in society. While some people insist it is not fair, others , however, claim it is essential. I totally agree that higher payments for CEOs and executives are necessary because of the responsibility and strict competence requirements they have in comparison with other workers.

Certain individuals think that it is much better not to fight with bad circumstances such as poverty or unattractive jobs. Opponents, however, believe that it is important to pursue better living conditions. In my opinion, I consider, persistence in creating a satisfactory style of life is much more profitable in terms of happiness and success.

In this era, watching tv and playing computer are the most activity that young people spend more time, but it could not support in increasing children's mental abilities. I am totally agree with this statement. There are more negative impacts because children could not focus to study on school and these activities could make children lacks on friendships.

IN THE DEVELPING WORLD, THE MEDICAL FIELDS STAFFS AND PROFFESSORS ARE PLAYING A CRUCIAL ROLE IN THE DEVELOMENT OF THE COMMUNITY. HOWEVER, THEY ARE ALWAYS PAID LOWER SALARY AND THEREFORE IT IS ARGUED THAT THEY SHOUD GET MORE FINANCIAL BENEFITS THAN THE PEPOPLE WORK IN THE ENTERTAINMENT FIELD. With the implementation of feedback received from professors and determination, I was able to make consistent progress through the remaining phase of the academic journey. My grades, which had hovered around 70% during the COVID-19 pandemic, soared to an impressive 90% in my final semester. This experience taught me the power of resilience and the importance of perseverance under proper guidance. It also instilled in me a deep-rooted belief in my ability to overcome obstacles and achieve my goals.
