In the beginning, there are two separate opinions, those who believe that we need to improve our buliding, and those who are believing that it's better to put it in teaching, the first one thinks that appearance more important than the quality of people, and the second ones think in the opposite way. But what in my mind that neither is right, and we should put efforts on both but prioritizing learning over buliding when time gets tough.
