Although cycling is more environmentally friendly than other forms of transport, it is not popular in many places. There are several reasons cause its unpopularity. For the most part, as the contemporary world is busier than it was in the past, individuals nowadays have a priority for forms of transport which don’t take much time. Therefore, they choose to use other vehicles such as cars, and motorbikes,.. instead of bicycles. On top of that, cycling is more physically demanding than riding a motorbike or driving a car. This tends to discourage people from choosing this method, especially on a hot and sunny day or when they have to travel a long distance.
