In my free time, I used to meditate for five minutes, thus I put my mind focused to take a deep breath, that I send messages to the subconscious “take a rest!”, It’s easy to talk about but hard to do. Occasionally I meditate 3 times daily in the morning, afternoon and evening before going to bed. The most interesting thing, after finishing the meditation you discover that you have been so frustrated and distracted, and you become too quiet and calm-tempered. It’s an absolutely helpful activity to clear up a mind and freshen intellectual. Constantly, I remember myself taking a five minutes meditation, whether I am busy at that time or not, and it’s become my best habit. Finally, I got a rest early morning today. You could see the delight and happy feelings I have for the world.
