Yes i agree with that. Technology can prevent and solve crime, but only physical crime. Nowadays, people put the camera in shoping area, public area or home. Example, if there is large of area in The shope, people can monitor each building in the shope. When there is a thief that want take something in there, we easy to identify where the building that mean. Other advantage is when we leave home and nobody there, there is a thief that take our important thing, the camera help us by recording video activity inside or outside building. When we have video, we can easy identify the thief.
