It is discussing whether state need to emphasize spendings of public services instead of developing art culture, such as music and painting. While there are some benefits of progress of the art for social culture, i firmly believe, that it is better to focus on services, such as medicine and education.

There is no doubt that upbringing of children is the cornerstone of society. Thus, some individuals deem that all parents ought to be taught how to raise children properly. Personally, I agree with this point of view, since parents, especially younger ones, lack necessary experience in childcare.

In my opinion, however, freedom should be given to them but they must be a limit.
