There is no doubt that tourism is source of income for many countries. Recently, many nations rely on tourism as main nation income source. Althought tourism result in many advantage there is many drawbacks that is serious to take in consideration.

Most high-level positions in enterprises are held by men, although the workforce in many developed countries is over 50 per cent female. It is argued that work providers should give a higher number of important job roles to females. This essay totally agrees with that statement. I believe that women can handle better high levels of stress and the decision they made is beneficial to the population because they have higher compassionate empathy compared to men. To begin with, women are used to multitasking as a consequence of having to do more tasks such as cleaning, cooking, raising a child, helping the parents e so more. On the other hand, men only provide money and because of the mentality here in Albania, a major part of them don't help with other duties. These days, many kids spend a lot of time watching television compared to the past. Moreover, they are not familiar with doing outdoor activities or exercises. I will discuss why this is happening and suggest what solutions should be taken to encourage children to go out in order to do a lot of activities. The main cause of this phenomenon is that nowadays, a majority of parents work hard. So, they do not have enough time to take care of their kids at home. Since they spend hectic life, they usually feel exhausted after working and just let their children watch television instead of doing activities together. It eventually leads children to watch television all the time in the household.
