Nowadays, in many countries of the world, especially in developed countries, there are various social programs for people who have lost their jobs for some reasons. State hospitals provide such people with free medical care, state educational cents provide an opportunity to take retraining courses for free and receive a new sought-after specialty. As a rule, parents who have lost their jobs do not pay for kindergarten and for their children's education. These costs are payed by the government. Such people often receive a state benefit that allows them to maintain a good standard of living. Strength training help preserve and build muscle, which can increase metabolic rate over time and can burn more calories, even at rest. Furthermore, aerobic exercises such as jogging, walking at a moderate rate for 30 mins or longer can burn a significant amount of calories in a single session and help promote calorific deficit. For instance, a single strength training session can elevate metabolic rate for up to 72 hours. Finally, burning extra calories, and increasing metabolic rate, regular physical activity allows one to have more flexible diet.

I am writing this letter in order to apply for the Bachelor’s degree at Computer Science that I am interested in at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT).
