Some people feel that governments should take a large portion of people's salaries to pay for necessary public services such as roads and schools. Others feel that high taxes are a bad thing. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Argument regarding "high taxes" is a global subject in the coffee shop. Some people support high taxes on their salary and some are not. But there are views from both of the sides. I will share my opinion in the conclusion but before that, i would like to discuss on both negative and positive parts.

It is a common trend for many rural residents worldwide to migrate to urban areas, resulting in a decline in the rural population. This situation has both advantages and disadvantages for both the migrating individuals and the small towns they leave behind.

Education is an integral part of human lives, people should have all rights to get a quality of education. Children are being moved to the urban places from their home village tremendously for their academic improvement. There are some reasons behind this phenomenon and some feasible solutions can be reduced this. This essay shall discuss it briefly in the subsequent paragraphs.

Amount of customers in developing states who are buying cars for the first time have increased. The main problems this causes air pollution and raised road traffic, and the most viable solution is well-designed public transport system.

It is true that professions in entertainment industries are such a lucrative job, with proponents suggest that the revenue that they receive is beyond average. I tend to agree with this statement, and I also believe that there are other well-paid jobs related to science and medical fields.

In our society, we used to consume some products with good quality or utility without seeing their advertisements. I strongly agree that buying a product that we need is necessary without watching the promotion first.

According to some, in the future almost all the works can be done by artificial intelligence however, I strongly disagree with this statement because AI cannot replicate human nature and it is only a tool that makes human work more efficient.

In the realm of education, there is a perennial debate revolving around whether technologies such as internet and computer are crucial for learning or human teacher is more vital. In this regard, I am inclined to believe that the cutting-edge technology is pivotal in order to enhance pupils' skills in numerous fields.

In today’s era, it is an individual preference for living the life at fullest by spending a lot on lifestyle, travelling and other things which makes the present moment happier for people instead of saving the money for better life in the future. I would partially agree to spend lot of money for living the good life today but also consideration individual financial situation or any requirement may arise in the future such as a medical emergency, unemployment and many other reasons which may create the difficult situation to survive it in the future.

Facing difficult situation, different people take actions distinctly, varying from risk-avoidance to risk-aversion approach. In my opinion, striving for better is always in favor against being static. The below essay will further investigate into both sides of the views and elaborate on my stance.

Nowadays, the trend of tall buildings and flats is growing, though it is a debatable topic, as some people are in favour of these flats whereas, some find it difficult to stay there. However, as far as my opinion is concerned, living in a tall flat can be beneficial.

Commercials are used to dupe customers into buying various products however, nowadays consumers are not getting influenced by hyperbolical advertisements and the reasons behind that are access to information and oversaturation of commercials. These reasons will be discussed in upcoming paragraphs and also will be discussed whether it is positive or negative development.

Numerous people tend to use fast food for their main meal recently. However, in my view, the advatage of fast food can not outweigh the disadvantage.

In the contemporary era, space exploration may have been a conroversial topic in some ways. There is a widespread belief that, governments do not need to spend money in space programs as it can be invested in many other necessities. I wholeheartedly agree with this statement as well as there are many unresolved issues in today's world, which I am going to explain further.

Sport such as football and basketball is needed by children to build up teamwork, besides some juvenile argue that personal exercise either swimming or running are better than pairs. I believe that teamwork sports have benefits such as train the leadership and gain the social interaction.
