We cannot deny that economic growth is of significant importance to indicate the quality of people’s life in all countries. Nevertheless, their mental health is not as good as expected when comparing in the past. A primary factor is the fact that those have such more pressures from their work that they neglect to develop their personal emotions themselves such as happiness, while they concentrate on how to gain more money or salaries each day.

Many people, including official organizations have been taking steps to restore wild life. They are not hasitating to spend huge amount of money into it. Whereas other believe that, if that money will use in the welfare of the society then there could be a better outcome. I do not agree with the latter view, as animals have the same right of survival as human.

Exercise not only helps you stay physically fit, but also improves one's mental health.
