Some lawyers have suggested that this practice should be changed and that a jury should be given all the past facts before they reach their decision about the case. Do you agree or disagree?

Several barristers supposed that all the defendant's past criminal records should be given to a jury before they make a decision about the particular illegal case. While this may work to a certain extent, I think it also has its dark sides.

I believe disadvantages like high price and people's mistrust in these vehicles does not outweigh advantages such as safer roads and less traffic.
