Tourism has grown on an unprecedented scale in the recent half century. However, although some people think that this development has brought repercussions on locals and the environment, others including myself believe that it has a huge positive impact on the country’s economy.

Recruiting companies helped a lot of people's nowadays. In my opinion, both criterias (work independenty and follow instructions) are needed when hiring a new applicant. It will be a great help to the company and to their career growth.

Economics can be considered as an important factor of people’s lives. Leading to this argument, many entrepreneurs nowadays plan to settle workplaces or factories from urban areas to the outside urban areas instead. In my opinion, even though moving to the rural areas may reduce the company costs and expand job capacity, it would be harmful to the environment and the communities.

In schools, apart from teaching academic courses, there should be some importance given towards teaching personality development methods as well. One such topic would be teaching a child on how to be a good parent from young age and I certainly agree with this approach.
