As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work ,job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

Many adult people pass a paramount time of their life at work place. If they love their job , they enjoy their job and if workplace is secured and comfortable then office is like a home for them. Individual feels great to perform a long time at office .For this reasons , job satisfaction plays a significant role to make the individual elated. However, as different occupations have different benefits , so every jobholder has a varied rang of expectations .Work gratification depends on reality where their expectations meet achievement.

One of the major issue which society are facing is related to the surroundings. I strongly agree the complete cost of the University expense is not from the student pocket as it leads many young talents who are financially poor.
