Owning a home is more important than renting a house, In other countries, In my opinion, this is a positive situation that I will explain my own opinion. Nowadays, Bangkok in Thailand has most of condominiums than houses. Especially, the house was bought by wealthy people which is the reason why we have to rent a home or condominium by the way It is a high price to rent it including having to pay month by month must be more expensive than buying one time. Buying a home is much more comfortable than renting one because if you buy a house, you can do anything that you want for example you can rent a house for rent to gain money for do else’s business, On the other hand, if you renting a house you can’t do anything with your house and have to pay much of money including an interest payment if you pay late.
