Some people believe that do gymnastics is the greatest method to keep fit while others think there still have more productive ways. Although it is think that gymnastics is the premier method to stay fit due to its scientific, I agree that there still have overcome effective ways because various exercises can do outside.

Nowadays there are a lot of types of jobs and not always we enter a company that fulfil our expectations. So, when being interviewed is very important to know how their leaders treat their employees and how they provide quality time for the team to integrate. In this essay I will show two characteristics of what I think is most important for me.

Consideration of individual atributes which are compared to the paper qualifications and work experience should be increased while interviewing people. I strongly agree with his phenomenon because particular experiences beneficial to enhance efficiency as well as ,knowledge may influence to create a expert in a specific field.
