People today change their jobs and even begin new careers more than ever before. This can cause difficulties for companies, as well as the individuals concerned. What challenges do they both encounter? What strategies are there to meet these challenges?

Older generations have changed their workplace just 2 or 3 times in their lifetime. Although work was a big part of citizens' lives, they did not pay much attention to the work environment and tend to stay even if they are not paid enough for their work, are being bullied or not even recognized by colleges or heads of the company. Today people are beginning to see that they will be working for a vast majority of their life, therefore they are seeking the job with good, friendly team, good pay and a place where they can be heard. Because of this, people started to change jobs more frequently, which became a problem for companies as well as future employees. In this essay, I will reveal the issues encountered by both sides and provide some solutions to this.

I agree with the mentioned statement to an extent. It is true that the overall health standards of the population will likely deteriorate in the coming years, given the increase in pollution levels of water, air and soil. Many know that the blanket of air surrounding us and responsible for life, atmosphere, is at a potential risk of turning toxic for the human lungs considering the excessive combustion of fossil fuels and natural resources occuring at an enormous rate.

To commence with, the first positive side, I can say that having personol car can be considered safe and sound, especially for women. As we realise, the crowded places especially public transport are one of the best places for psychopaths to commit sexual harassment and abusement.
