In Britain, when people are being taken care of in nursing homes where many nurses and care givers are serving them. It is difficult to decide whether all those running costs are being incurred by the government or the family. It depends on the country’s political policy. Everyone must pay taxations for the living. The government must decide how to allocate their tax into respective transactions. So that when people retire, they can have their own entitlement when they are not able to make money. On the other hand, people with families deserve to be cared for by family regardless of financial obligation. The family should be supported to old age in the means of mental obligation. Old people sometime may think that they become useless unless family supports them. Nowadays Vehicles become integral part in peoples’ daily life in British. International laws should be implemented to control the usage of vehicles and ownership . I would agree people should not rely on their own vehicle it may become high usage of patrols and high rate of CO2 emissions and pollution . I believe developing more public transports and using alternate transports to facilitate public transportation will reduce usage of vehicles in term of public buses , trains , Private Ferry ( School Buses) and so on. If public transportation running smooth and good in facilities , people will prefer to take public transports so that they not need to worry about parking fees and parking locations. In addition, peoples can minimise their daily costs like petrol expenses , parking fees and vehicles repairs costs.
