Some opinions from people state that the ferms should particularly recruit men to take responsibilities more than females. This is strongly disagreed with that rationalized point of view. Each gender ,however could perform their competencies equally. To be honest, history has never been my topic of interest. Having said that, there was one historical event that left an impression on me. It was Reunification Day, which took place on April 30th 1975.I learned abt this event extensively when I was in school, ,however It has been a while, so my recollection of what my teacher taught me may not be very accurate, so bear with me.

There had been stress since humanity exists. stress is now regarded as major problem of all time. some people believe that there were more pressure on people in old days. The only thing was they did not know how to discribe it as stress. However, others believe that people suffer from stress more than any other time. it has accepted that stress causes so many diseases. that indicates that there are more pressuer on humanity than ever.

nowadays so a spike in population, Urbanization is one of the major traits of the 21 century among the world's dwellers that existing cities are either expanding or new megacities come into place.
