Walking is the best exercise for the mind as well as for the body but ,unfortunately a number of people going for walk going down day by day and there are several reasons for it,like lack of time, not finding a company for a walk, physical limitations and least but not last is no mood of going for it. For motivating to walk social institutions and government should come up with a plan to give better job opportunities for those who go for a regular walk ,more relief in taxation for staying fit and healthy, and special pick up drives for those who do not have transport but want to take part in the walk.
