Identifying what responsibility of instructors in the classroom is becoming an argument among people. Either it is accountability giving motivation and inspiration or providing academic literature only for winning examinations. In my opinion, I believe that the tutors in education are responsible for encouraging and stimulating their students beyond teaching fundamental knowledge.

Due to the limited resources and evolution of the human race, competition is at its peak in every sector. Educationalists and parents feel that students are undergoing continuous stress with an aim to excel from their fellow friends.
