Government should be responsible to support its people as community contributes in many ways to a society. In my opinion, I disagree that should not provide and support its people. To begin with, public are the ones who produces the most of the budget that they are using to make projects and build infrastructures that community are using. For example, in the, Philippines they are supporting their nations by making different institutes that helps to save their income for the future use.
