During this period, There are many different opinions on accommodation.From a question about owning a habitation better than renting ,one it is difficult to make a decision on the issue.Some people are in favour of owning a home.Others, on the other hand ,believe in renting a home.In this essay I will discuss both sides and why I am in favour of renting one.

In this present world, the popularity of arts is rising day by day in many parts of the world. Many community believe that investment in music and theatre by the authority is a waste of money, however, other society believe that investment in public infrastructure is better for society. It is agreed that investment in public services would be more beneficial for society, as well as , the arts are also a necessity for storing our culture and history.

There are a lot of pupils who choose to study abroad rather than in their country. Learning at colleges and universities in a foreign country has numerous advantages in terms of a new study environment and friends. Besides that, students need to stay away from their family and even get culture-shock when they first face a new culture.

Congratulations for making it to the 'University of Maryland', I am so proud and happy for you! The 'construction management' course at the university is highly reputed. I am surely you'll be doing wonders after you graduate. I remember you mentioning about university accommodation in your voicemail. There are plenty of on-campus and off-campus options available for accommodation. When I was attending the university, I stayed in an off-campus accommodation, since it was cheaper than the on-campus one. I stayed in a nice cozy apartment located at '1575 Tremont Street', it is just 2 blocks away from the student centre, near the subway line. In the modern world, everyone surely has accepted that internet is part of our life. Accessing to information via internet has some cons and prons. What I believe is use of internet has to have some restrictions. In another saying, I think that this is entirely not a good thing that accessing the information via internet.

There has been a discussion about how to teach childeren since the first school established. Some of them believe that rewarding and praising students is the best way, others believe that punishment through their learning is the best way to teach them. I am in favour of the first statement which is related to rewarding and praising students.

Recently, the debate on whether citizens should preserve their own cultures has been heated. As far as I am concerned, it is crucial for people to maintain the traditional culture.

Nowadays, some electronic devices, such a computers and mobile phones are widely used in the society. However, whether overuse of these devices will have negative effect on young people’s literacy skills remains a controversial issue. I agree with view that these young people may lose some of these skills if they use these things improperly.

Nowadays, youths are found having accident with vehicles than the adults,and this occurrence calls for upgrading the driving age to be 22 years old. I agree with this policy due to all the reason I will discuss in my essay.
