human beings are social creatures and they have to be interactive to live in harmony in the modern world. It is a controversial issue that whether to broaden humanitarian aid beyond the borders or to restrict those activities within a country. I will discuss both these views before reaching a reasoned conclusion.

In todays world , people migrate from one country to another to find a good livelihood . some individulals beleive that, people must follow the customs and traditions when they settle in a new country. As of my perspective, i strongly agree with this statement because of some problems and benefits one can face with them.

For centuries, deforestation, farming, urbanisation and other human activities have wreaked havoc with wild animal species and sent them to the verge of extinction. Regarding wildlife protection, awareness has been raised and attempts have been made. However, some hold the idea that the protection of endangered species has been given inordinate amount of attention and resources. Personally, I do not see eye to eye with this point of view.

Ｗith the advanced technology,most people choose a variety of digital devices as their educational material. However, some people argue that television comprises a large amount of percentage of adverse impact on education rather than a traditional book. Despite some disadvantage of television has emerged, I will argue that television is one the good option for learning.

A healthy diet is part of a healthy lifestyle. Although many people believe that, processed food take a place in every nation and it takes over our traditional food. Besides, it has many negative impacts on individuals along with civilization. There are several reasons for such a situation and also few visible influences too. In the previous world, society affords to support the lives of elderly people; on the other hand, nowadays, because of an increase in the number of old person, the ability of governments to subsidize them get weaker. Therefore, the children hesitate to look after their parents in the situation of that the government contribution is less than before. In the following essay, I would argue both benefits and downsides of this phenomenon and state that the cons will outweigh the pros.

It is true that many older people believe in traditional values but often seem that compatible with the needs of younger generation. While I agree that some traditional thoughts are outdated, I believe that many traditional ideas are still useful.

Nowadays employers are meticulous in designing the reward and recognition programs for their staff, which can include provision of additional money in the form of incentives. This can surely a moral booster for employees. This strategy can have multiple pros and cons.

At present, everyone is working. There are lots of different reasons why people work; Some of them works because they like working or, some of them works due to the family. Plus, while some people do the same job for a very long time, some people prefer to change their jobs frequently. I prefer changes in field work to stay in the same field.

Online transaction plays a predominant role in the field of development because of the benefits associated with it. Nowadays, in many ,countries there is a huge shift in individual preferences to opt for digital payment method through various applications available on mobile phones. This trend has many advantages considering the time constraint along with the prevention of theft or burglary.
