The difference between Domestic and International Human Resource Management

The main difference is that Domestic HRM focuses on a single country, dealing with issues related to employees belonging to a single nationality, while International HRM provides solutions for employees from more than one country, and different nationalities and cultures. This means that if the company contracts five hundred people from one country is easier to manage than contracting two hundred employees from multiple countries. This is because the global company, using IHRM, must deal with taxes, languages, and laws that are different than in their home country.

There is a debate about spending money on the making of the movies, and some believe that the huge funds should be spent to produce the films and; others believe that movies must be produced economically. In my opinion, I think that the idea and the acting of the cast are far more important factors to make a blockbuster movie, rather than money. Spending a fortune to make an excellent movie is not needed at all. There are a lot of low budget movies which have done tremendous business on in the box office. Agreed, that movies which need to be shot in a foreign country, or require famous cast, might require significant funds to produce, but this does not classify them, as good. As cities are becoming increasingly crowded, many people suggest government demolish historical buildings in downtown in order to make space for residential construction. In my opinion, this is rather an insensitive and irresponsible proposal because it ignores the precious values lied within these buildings.

Some specialist thinks that it is the right time to start learning a foreign language in primary school. Therefore, this policy has been adopted by some school’s authorities with both positive and negative outcomes. Generally, learning a foreign language at primary school is better than in secondary school because the children’s brain have a greater capacity to adopt different subjects at this early age. Furthermore, they can capture all the learning steps easily which would be difficult for teenagers. One set of the population agrees that the education system of all levels gives preference to theoretical knowledge instead of practical skills. I completely agree with this statement.
