Many working people get little or no exercise either during the working day or in their free time, and have health problems as a result. Why do many working people not get enough exercise? What can be done about this problem?

A drastic increase in the number of individuals who do not get enough time to peform some exercise due to their workaholic schedule has sparked the controversy about its impact on their health. I can attrubute this issue to a number of factors. In this essay, I will present an overview of these reasons and suggest potential solutions.
