Some people say that in all levels of education, from primary schools to universities, too much time is spent on learning facts and not enough on learning practical skills. Do you agree or disagree?

I agree with the people, who says that education system, from kindergarten to higher studies are emphasising and spending much time in learning theories rather than practical skills. Education is the significant part of our life, and it is the only key for the better future of our next generation. But our education system is designed in such a way, which focuses only on learning theories and scoring good marks. Usually, theories help us to learn everything and deeper understanding of a concept by reading and imagining. It also teaches us through the experience of others, by which we can easily understand, why one method is successful whereas another fails. But whatever we learned through theories with no practical experience retains only for a short period of time. These days everyone seems to have more possessions(e.g. computers, cars, mobile phones, etc) Our strong desire to own these things is making us less aware of important personal qualities such as kindness and concern for others. Do you agree or disagree?

Materialism has many drawback that affect values of our community in contrast with our social contract. In the recent years, this behavior create a nagging attitude towards our life style. Unfortunately, it's an indiscriminately race of obtaining, doesn’t matter where it comes from .However, some personal characteristics, such as tenderness, care to each other are lost day by day. As I strongly belief on inter-human relationship, I agree with the claim above.

The decision of choosing short family over bigger one is on the rose globally. The benefit of small family is they have more freedom to choose their lifestyle and habits without depending on others. I know Parisa since we worked together for about 7 years in Emam Sajad Clinic in Vavan, near Tehran, Iran. As a family physician with more than 18 years of experience, I consider her to be in the top 5% of physicians with whom I have worked throughout my career.In the clinic, Dr. Shabani worked independently and visited patients from different age groups. She performed routine office care managing for both acute and chronic conditions. Her responsibilities included taking medical history and performing physical exam, ordering diagnostic tests and interpreting them, and prescribing medications.
