I strongly believe that going to a large company has many benefits in the respect of wage, wealthfare and better work system. Some people think that the advantages of going a small company outweigh the drawbacks of working there because of fast-faced decision making and efficient work system. However, I completely disagree with this idea. First of all, working a small company gives us less money because it create a small amount of profits rather than big company's revenue. Money is very important factor for us to sustain a better quality of life. To achieve this, working a big company is more likely to bring high wages to us. Secondly, a big company has more facilities in the office such as gym, cafeteria and healing zone. People can enjoy high quality welfare systems as well as big wages. These days many works are carried out by machines in all parts of our lives. The advantages of this phenomenon are completing task on time, and saving time and energy. The disadvantages of working with the help of machines are all types of works cannot be done by them, and it causes unemployment problem.

The influence of digital technology on communication among individuals and organizations is exponentially increasing year by year. In this essay, I'l be discussing both advantages and disadvantages and will state my overall opinion.

In contrast, other people think that the obligation is not useful, so people have the right to work wherever they want. Both of these views have positive and negative aspects,in my opinion, the benefits of this trend outweighs the drawbacks of it.

I believe that criticism will open the opportunity to fix the area where the teachers are lacking of to enhance the learning quality.

I completely agree with this viewpoint because taking part in an unpaid community service helps students to practice teamwork and it enhances their empathy.
