Every person has a different point of perspective towards seeing things some believe that whatever work they are doing well is already good rather then taking a risk and shifting to a new workplace while others believe that trying new things while taking risks is good . I strongly believe in the second view because of the following reasons .

In recent years, the issue of the acceleration of the number in several nations has gained significant attention. While this phenomenon has both pros and cons. I would contend that it may do more harm than good in the future.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the increase of young citizens will benefit the national economy. This is because those teenagers will become the majority labor workforce for their country in the future. To be more specific, Viet Nam is considered to have the golden population structure with about 1 million children whose age ranging from 10 to 15. This number shows that VietNam has a young population and those kids can devote themselves to many fields in the country and boost national coffers when they become adults. Hence, the growth of young individuals can do wonders for the country's economy.

I personally, support this view as this would help proffer the moral ethics in our youngsters. In this essay, I will elucidate on the need for this approach, and suggest the appropriate disciplinary acts, which the parents and teachers can take on offending school children.

This essay will delve into both perspectives impartially,without favouring one side over the other.

I believe that students should be allowed to study what appeals to them because they would not feel like it is a chore, while studying to get a degree can safeguard their future.
