Some think that competition promotes individuality and innovation, while others believe that there are more chances to improve things in corporations. This essay will examine both perspectives and provide personal insights into this intriguing topic.

However, I firmly believe that further education at college or university helps to get a job for several important reasons.

In our contemporary era, it is acknowledged by some people that the younger generation do not understand the practical work and schools should arrange field works accompanied by academic studies. In my opinion, institutions at any level of students development should implement hands-on activities to adapt them to the future reality, to foster their hard and soft skills in harmony, and to give the freedom of choice to start their career earlier.

However, possessing skills alone is insufficient to create true art, which could only be produced by inborn artistic talents.

Visual and expressive art classes for example, painting and drawing ,are as prominent for child's growth and development as other high schools subjects , so as a result these classes should be mandatory in high school level . I agree with the given statement because with the advent of activies children can have a more than one option to get success in their life and enjoy their leisure time in an effective manner . I will discuss these points in detailed in upcoming paragraphs .
