Some people think that when recruiting, companies should aim to take on people who are innovative and able to work independently while others considered they should recruit people who are able to work in a team and follow instructions. Discuss both views.

Whereas some people believe that companies should base their hiring process on innovation and independence capabilities, another group believes that the talent search process should be based on work and "task-maker" abilities. This essay believes that both ideas are acceptable. Depends, mainly, on the type of role that the recruiting team is looking for. For instance, the first profile is perfect for Senior or Semi-senior positions, however, the second group fits better with a data entry and analyst positions.

Recently, there have been a lot of discussions about health and whether it is going to improve or not. In my opinion, I think that people will become unhealthier in the future than they are now. There are many reasons that support the idea of people becoming unhealthy in the future.

In nowdays, while cars have become an essential tool for transportaion, the number of cars on the roads has been increasing constantly, which has generated more car emissions and worsened global warming. Some insist that governments should allocate more budget into public transportation systems, whereas others complain that the growth of alternative cars such as electric cars is more beneficial than the development of public transportation systems. In my opinion, both upgrades are crucial to solve the problem.

Some argue that older staff play more important roles in an institution's success than the younger, while others assume that the youth are more crucial. Although it is undeniable that young generations might have great contributions to the achievement of an organization, I believe that the seniors always have greater impacts on a firm's accomplishment.

I am of the view that universities should offer both knowledge and skills to their students.
