In contemporary society, there is a noticeable surge in the number of immigrants flocking to major urban centers. This essay endeavors to delve into the underlying reasons for this phenomenon. While acknowledging that this trend may present certain challenges, I am of the opinion that its advantages far outweigh the disadvantages.

It is often argued that visitors in an area with a different culture ought to accustom themselves to the local culture. I completely disagree with this assertion based on the constrained time in visiting a destination and the differences in cultures.

In this generation, there are some people who believe other words and customs easily. From my perspective, I partly agree with the statement. However, there are some people who do not trust blindly by the words shared by third persons. On the other hand, there are few public trusts the people easily without experiencing it in real-time. So, I will discuss both sides of the agree and disagree part.

Unfortunately, these days the number of youth crimes is increasing in some countries. Some people argue that to deal with these crimes, young people should be punished as much as adults. Although youngsters need punish when they commit a crime, I personally believe they should receive a lighter sentence than adults.

Recruiting new employees can be a long and painful process. Some employers conduct interviews to select new workers. I disagree with the given statement, which says that interviews are not a reliable method, and other methods are better. I believe that interviewing is a reliable method, but there are many other methods which are equally good, and the choice is on the recruiters as to which method they find suitable for their needs.
