In this technology era, it is true that physical work is dramatically changed over past years. Older people are not getting enough exercise is becoming concern of doctors. In this essay I will examine the causes and some measurements to prevent this issue.

The question about when is the happiest time of life has linked with some fields such as education, sociology, and even economy. While some people state that adolecents can spend the happiest time because they have a great amount of economic and social freedom, I believe that adult can enjoy their life more easily.

In contemporary society, whether children should strictly follow rules set by parents and teachers has sparked considerable debate. Some argue that comprehensive regulations are necessary to safeguard children from harm, while others contend that excessive control hinders their ability to become independent, particularly in adulthood. In my opinion, while reasonable guidance is essential during the early years, overregulation can limit a child’s personal and professional development.

In different parts of the world, parents raise their offspring with the thought that working hard is the key to reaching their dream life. This essay will show that children, whose parents raise them with these beliefs, grow up being responsible and hardworking, but, at the same time, having mental disorders.

Living a utopia might be the dream possessed by the majority of human beings. In order to achieve a picture of an ideal society, a plethora number of life aspects should be considered including economic status, education opportunities, fair treatment, and equal rights to explore resources. In my opinion, equal opportunity to access education is one of the important things for an ideal society.

Many individuals strive to maintain a balance between their job and personal life, but achieving this can be quite challenging. Laziness and unwillingness to change can prevent you from achieving this. To do this you need to work hard, work and overcome your laziness every day.

Numerous research confirmed that many activities such as drinking alcohol, cigarette smoking, taking drugs etcetera are not in a favour of good health. Though the majority of folks are well-known about these activities which offer unhealthy results, still they are involved in those habits. I will explain the reasons behind this phenomenon, alongside the solutions to get rid of them.

This essay will outline both the benefits and drawbacks of living abroad for certain purposes and will exemplify it with personal experience.

Decision-making is a very important part of an organisation. Some people assert that companies should involve employees in decision-making process, however, others hold the opinion that managers should take decisions on their own. I will discuss both perspectives in the upcoming paragraphs and also give my view.

In my view, combining both methods offers the most effective approach to achieving optimal learning outcomes.

A company may have the best product, the most competitive price, the best workforce and the best managers, but if it lags in decision-making, it won’t last long. There is an ongoing debate regarding, some major decisions regarding the welfare of the company that should only be taken by managers; however, others counter claimed that, the addition of employees is necessary while making some decisions for the wellness of the brand. Prior to my stance, both viewpoints would be discussed in the upcoming paragraphs with valid explanations.
