Nowadays, most individuals are lacking of physical activities not only in weekdays but also in weekends and this will lead to various health issues such as obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and so on. This is happening due to most of the people don’t have enough time to do exercise for themselves. And in this essay, consequences of worrying this trend will be examined .

Firstly, instead of becoming parents at an early age, modern women are more likely to get higher education and want to move up the career ladder.
