It is often argued that nowadays people opt more for junk food whilst others believe traditional food is far more beneficial and healthier as compared to fast food. This essay will discuss both the perspectives and why I firmly believe that traditional meal has more nutritional value and more benificial to health in comparison to junk food.
It is undeniable that obesity is becoming a serious problem in all nations due to consuming fast-food. It is argued by some that in order to overcome this issue junk food prices should be rosen. Personally, I am in favor of this statement. However, other effective measures could be taken by the governments.
Some people contend that environmental issues are major threads which are not possible for individuals to deal with that, however, other peoples opine that if an individual person takes responsibility to take action, they can overcome these issues.
