Some people think that to be successful in sports one has to have physical strength, however, some others think that mental strength is more important. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Thesedays, as some people believe that inorder to be successful in sports, that physical energy is pertinent, others have a constrasting view by stating that mental strength is more substantive. In this essay, I will discuss both views and state my opinion.

Smoking not only harms the smoker but also those who are nearby. Therefore , smoking should be banned in public places. To what extent do you agree or disagree.

In today's world smoking is a major problem for health. The individual who smokes harms them as well as the nearby crowd. Authorities must have to ban smoking in public places. I totally agree with the given statement and mention my opinion in my following paragraph and appropriate conclusion in end.

Developing medical treatments and medications is expensive. Some people think that it is better to spend the money on health-oriented preventive education. Do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

Thanks to the development of medical science, people have higher probability to be cured from diseases than before. However, some people argue that the cost is too high to save everyone, they think that instilling perspective of prevention to everyone is a better choice. This essay will discuss the pros and cons of this issue.

Some people claimed that plantation is essential for any nation. Whilst others argued that building residential units is more crucial. In this essay, I am going to discuss both of these views and draw my own conclusion

To many people, having a good neighbour is crucial. In my opinion, good neighbours should have some qualities such as being supportive, helpful and respecting because their behaviour influences us. Everyone can benefit from a good relationship among neighbours.

Some people argue that all university students should study fields which they prefer, while others believe that students must study subjects will be essential in the future, like related fields to science and technology. In my opinion, interest is the most important factor for individual success, and society can benefit from that. So, I believe university students should choose their fields according to their interests.

There exists a difference of opinion always on whether hosting international sports event is bad or good. Sports unites people regardless of their race, religion, community etc and hold them together. I completely agree with the fact that hosting global sports carnival is beneficial.

Every person has different levels of taking negative situations. Some individuals tend to reduce the negative situations that they take, while some people may prefer to accept them. Although both statements will be mentioned later, personally, I am willing to encounter undesired situations.

Nowadays, the shopping centres are easily accessible, as there is development in terms of city malls. The younger generation are more interested in shopping than doing other activities. I agree that this trend can affect the them as well as society in a negative way.

With the ubiquitous reviews website available on the Internet, they allow people to express their opinions and hopefully help other consumers to make their decisions wisely. On the other hand, competition between companies may attract abuse of such platforms in writing fake reviews of their own products or their competitors' products, hoping to draw the attention of some innocuous prospective buyers.

Nowadays, most people leave to another country for many purposes. Although it is hard to survive in a country with multinational languages. Because this can be an impact on one’s social and personal life. I would argue that I completely agree and it would be hard to live in a foreign country due to language barriers and cultural variability.

It is clear that a wide spectrum of human diseases is a function of epigenome modulation. Environmental factors and lifestyle particularly nutrition can modify the regulation of the epigenome. Bioactive peptides (BAPs) driving from different sources such as food sources, animal sources, vegetal sources, and exogenous sources. They affect epigenome regulation through undergoing changes of DNA methylation, histone acetylation, non-coding RNAs, and miRNAs. Bioactive derived food peptides with epigenetic effects can be a contributing factor in different medical conditions such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), neurological and neurodegenerative disorders, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and type 2 diabetes (T2DM).

The advent of technology in communication and the improvement of transportation have brought people to seize the chance for living and working in any corner of the world. However, it can also have negative impacts on living as well as working. In my opinion, these negative outcomes do not outweigh the benefits.
