A magnitude of people believe that the best way to preserve culture is to limit the influence of foreign cultures, whereas others believe in the benefits that comes with the exchange of cultures. I am of the opinion that exchange in culture brings a lot of benefits in a society. More details will be alluded to in the essay below.

The role of combat sports on mental and physical health has been a major topic of concern in today's society. From my perspective, martial arts are infeasible for both sides and there are compelling reasons why such sports should be forbidden rather than organising their international competitions.

In other nations, it is perceived by some individuals, as vital to be an owner of a home instead of renting one. Particularly, while roughly 70 countries in Africa are not able to provide food to poor population, they have no chance to increase the medical budget. Undeniably, shorter work days and longer weekend may do harm to the economy as there are fewer hours for production, and such a fact leads impressionable people generate the idea that workers should not have more days of weekend. However, as far as efficiency, feasibility and economy are concerned, I strongly agree the idea of adding more days to weekend.
