In recent times, there has been increased longevity in people after retirement, which has drawbacks on the society's economy and the families finances. This can be controlled by increasing the retirement age of the population.

Nowadays an increasing number of people are working from home instead of going into the office. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this?

In current times, there’s been a rapid surge in employees who prefers to work remotely from their homes rather than travelling to workplace. With fast pace life, people get minimal time to spend with their families. Hence, they avoid commuting to office and prefer to work from home to achieve work life balance. This essay will illustrate both advantages and disadvantage of this notion.

Media is the soft power for any nation nowadays. However, it is a weapon with two sides. It is agreed that violence on television has within it a bad effects on children's behaviour. Analysing the rapid increase of crime levels, as well as the change of the image of the offenders will prove this.

If an individual acts in an anti-social way, such as committing the crime, who is to be blamed, society or the individual? what are the causes behind such behaviour? who should be responsible for this?

Knowledge of right and wrong makes it easy for every individual to choose what path to trade on. The society should take share in the blame but a person who commits crime should take the major blame. Although there are various factors leading to crime which ranges from person-influenced to society-induced, the individuals involved should face the consequences for their actions.

It is believed by some people that online shopping is getting popular, and as a result all shops will shutdown in towns and cities at one point. However, I firmly disagree with this statement because many online shopping websites are not trustworthy. Also, online shopping is not satisfying to all individuals.

increasing the rate of deaths caused by traffic accidents, many people believe that only implementing new stricter laws can emhace the safe for commuters. In my opinion, I think there still have several ways to improve that problem.

Over the last few decades,using social media has risen dramatically in the world.It is clear that the usage of digital networking is affecting in every one's life.As a matter of fact there are a lot of various pros and cons of using social media for people.In this essay I will address some advantages and disadvantages of this and I will draw my own view.

Nowadays, some individuals state that less rubbish from house is reprocessed. They state that the government alone will increase recycling by legalising it to the public. In my view, I think that laws should be greatly introduced because they are needed to make people recycle more of their waste.

In the present pupils sleep fewer than they slept in the past. This essay will show the main cause of this problem is using their smartphones before they sleep, and the result of this is staying late and their bodies can not develop well.

However, some people think that it is important for students to get involved in non-academic activities on campus as well (for example, to join a sports team or take part in drama). To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In this era, the student in the university was spent more time to finish their assignment from lecture and attend the class, but several non-academic activity or extracurricular outside the class is imperative one. I am very agree with this statement because non-academic activity can increase the leadership skill and networking.

These days,children tend to spend their major time,watching the TV besides playing video games.Although mankind,incorporating experts do not contradict with the aspect of 'the TV and video games should be restricted as it is detrimential for a child's mental health',I believe these technological activities must be pursued as it has more dominant pros than living without it.

Several individuals believe that conducting a laboratory testing to animals should be done in order to ensure it's safety ince it is consumed by societies. I tend to disagree with this statement due to its cruelty, while in fact, there is an alternative way when it comes to product testing these days.

Fewer and fewer people today write by hand using a pen, a pencil, or brush. What are the reasons for this? Is the decline in writing by hand a positive or negative development?

In this day and age, the phenomenon of writing by smart devices such as laptops, tablets,... can be seen clearly and widely in the society, especially in the young generation. This trend has led to the fact that fewer people nowadays choose the traditional way of note-taking: using pens, pencils or brushes. While this topic may seem sophisticated and include diverse viewpoints, I still subscribe to the view that the downward trend of storing data by hand is a positive enhancement.

In some developing countries, it is difficult to get good teachers to work in rural areas which can have a negative impact on the education of children in those rural communities. Why do you think good teachers do not want to work in rural area in developing countries? What could be done to solve this problem?

Teachers have played an important role in grooming our next generation. However, many teachers with experiences may prefer to work in urban area rather than rural area. This essay is going to explain the reasons for such work preference, which are the abundant supply of amenities in urban area and the resources allocation in rural area in developing countries, meanwhile suggesting ways to tackle the problem.

In the modern world, celebrities have a significant attraction among the public because of their talents, skills, and popularity, sometimes money. Some people tend to mimic them as they watch on television or refer to articles in newspapers. In my opinion, following famous people from society without understanding the reality is not a mature thing which is not being followed by the intelligent in society. This essay will elaborate on the former opinion and will provide relevant reasons behind it.

Several human beings argue that parents cannot influence more on their children like than the society. I strongly agree with the statement that the society plays the vital role on the youth.

Certain individuals think that it is more desirable for people to live in the countryside rather than in cities. However, others argue that it is important for pupils nowadays to explore the modern and technological life, leading to better career opportunites and financial stability. I strongly agree with the latter view, as living in today's advanced world through technology and developed engineering fields is crucial to everyone, particularly teenagers and children.

Large business have big budgets for marketing and promotion and as a result , people gravitate towards buying their products . What problems does this causes ? What could be done to encourage people to but local product ?

It is undoubtedly true that due to marketing, people are attracted to buy different products unnecessarily. This attitude is causing many problems which I will discuss in this essay and will try to advice how to avoid this habbit and love their local products.

Some people say that the bicycles are a good, modern means of transportation. Other say riding a bicycle has clear disadvantages. Discuss both view points and give your own opinion.

Many believe that bicycles are good option to travel from one place to another for its obvious benefit to environment and health. On the contrast, others say it has its own disadvantage due to its lack of practical approach. I support the latter opinion as bicycles do not provide a complete solution. This essay will discuss both the perspectives.
