If people are going to discuss a helthy person they likely will mention at least a few good habiths like spots, a diet etc. In this essay I'm going to explain common vision of the healthy lifestyle of my country.

Recent studies describes adolescents preferring online platforms than meeting people in-person. I believe youngster prefer convinience and comfortability over anything in the current days. In this essay, I will discuss about alternative measures that can be taken to encourage teenagers to spend time more meeting people in-person, using reasonable examples to show my viewpoint.

With just one click away, we can do the first step of pre-screening ourselves from any form of medical condition that we presume we might have. I strongly think that this new level of awareness about one's own condition is very helpful for anyone, but we should also take into account the limit of such preventative measure in order to exploit the benefits of having one.
